GaitLabs provides egocentric training data production services for robotics and Physical AI development, including dataset scoping, capture, annotation, quality assurance, and delivery.
We also operate the GaitLabs website, collector waitlist, and early-access programme.
Services are subject to the terms of any separate dataset agreement entered into between GaitLabs and the customer.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, and code — is the property of GaitLabs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Datasets delivered to customers are licensed under the terms specified in the relevant dataset agreement. GaitLabs retains rights to the underlying collection and annotation methodology.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without prior written permission.
4. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Our website and services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GaitLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the relevant service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
