1. Permitted uses
You may use the GaitLabs website to: learn about our services, evaluate whether GaitLabs meets your data requirements, submit scoping or contact requests, register for the collector waitlist, and access publicly available resources.
Customers with a dataset agreement may use delivered data for the purposes and within the scope specified in that agreement.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use our website or services to: engage in unlawful activity; infringe on intellectual property rights; reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from our website; impersonate GaitLabs or its team; or transmit harmful or disruptive content.
Datasets delivered by GaitLabs may not be: resold or redistributed without written permission; used to re-identify individuals captured in the data; used to generate synthetic data for distribution without prior agreement; or used for purposes not covered by the applicable dataset licence.
3. Collector conduct
Collectors participating in the GaitLabs collector network must: capture only content they have been briefed to capture; obtain the necessary consents from any third parties who appear in captures; not fabricate or misrepresent captures; and follow any specific guidelines provided by GaitLabs for each task.
Collectors must not submit captures that contain content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the privacy of third parties.
4. Enforcement
GaitLabs reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services for any party that violates this policy.
We may investigate suspected violations and co-operate with law enforcement if required.
